Prices & Booking informations

We are pleased that you are interested in our BDSM vacation apartment (FEWO). Earliest booking date is 01 October 2022.

One night for 2 persons in the FEWO costs 300,-€ and you have to book at least 2 consecutive nights. Furthermore, there is a weekend special from Friday to Sunday for 820,- €. The final cleaning is included in these prices.

If you want to book a whole week, or even longer stays, that is also possible.
Just contact us, the prices will be negotiated individually.

  • A small fruit plate, 2 Nespresso tabs and 1 bottle of wine/champagne, and 1 bottle of water.

Discretion

You will receive all documents by e-mail. Should we ever contact you by phone we will report neutrally with “Appartement in Halle”.

Payment

Upon booking, a deposit of 40% of the total price is due within one week. You can transfer this free of charge or pay directly via PayPal for a fee of 2,50€. The remaining amount is then due, in cash, upon arrival. Please note that an EC payment is not possible on site. Alternatively, you can transfer the remaining amount in advance.

Transfer

  • Up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
  • From 29 days before arrival: No more rebooking possible

Withdrawal / Cancellation

In case of cancellation of the booking, the hotel is entitled to compensation in the form of a compensation lump sum:

  • Up to 30 days before arrival: 10€ compensation lump sum.
  • 29 to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit
  • 13 to 4 days before arrival: 100% of the deposit
  • 3 to 0 days before arrival: 75% of the total amount

We recommend the conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance. Upon request, we will be happy to provide you with a neutral invoice for this.
