What are we?

We are a lodging for single couples with BDSM interests. We are not a club and not a studio.

How does the handover of keys take place?

If we are not on site, there is a variant “key safe“.

You will receive a 4-digit code to open the safe, in it there is a remote control and 1 key. The remote control opens the gate and the garage at the back left. There is also the door to the apartment. On departure then proceed in reverse.

Are we alone in the apartment?

Yes, the apartment you have booked is only available to you during the rental period. This refers to the entire apartment, including the BDSM area.
The building in which the apartment is located is a separate building complex that is shielded from the outside.

Do you offer breakfast?

No, unfortunately we do not offer breakfast. In your apartment you can prepare breakfast alone.
Furthermore, there is opposite, about 20 m away, a Rewe market with bakery. There you can also have breakfast. Also a butcher’s shop with lunch is directly opposite next to the Rewe market.

Where can we go out to eat in the evening?

We recommend a trip to the city center (old town) of Halle, there you will find plenty of opportunities.
Furthermore, in the immediate vicinity, 200 m away, there is a small restaurant to eat. Also within walking distance, about 1 km away, is a chic, delicious restaurant on the golf course.

Can I smoke in the apartment?

No, the apartment is a non-smoking area. Except the balcony, here you are allowed to smoke.

May we invite someone else?

For a small surcharge of 10,-€ per hour your stay can be extended. Earliest possible arrival time is from 01:00 PM, latest departure time is until 01:00 PM. Extra hours can be booked up to 1 day before departure, if this is possible and there are no overlaps. Extensions must always be confirmed by us first.

Until when do I have to let you know if I want to arrive earlier or leave later?

For 10€ extra charge per additional hour you are welcome to extend your stay. The earliest possible arrival time is from 01:00 PM and the latest departure time until 01:00 PM. Up to one day before arrival, additional hours can be booked.

So that it does not come however to overlaps / overbookings, we must always examine that first.
I.e. a spontaneous extension must be confirmed by us.

Until when to book additional option?

Additional options can be booked at any time.

Can I bring my dog?

No, for hygienic reasons pets are not allowed with us.

But there is a reasonable alternative. Just around the corner in the Fiete Schulze Straße there is a dog hotel. If you clarify this beforehand with this hotel, you can of course leave your dog there for the time. This hotel is highly recommended, the people are very nice and the operator is a veterinarian.

Fetish clothing outside the FEWO

Indoors, you are allowed to wear whatever you want. Outside we don’t recommend it, it’s public street land in Halle. However, you can arrive in fetish clothing as you can park in the courtyard.

May photographs be taken?

For private purposes you may take photos & videos free of charge. For publications, please add “in the BDSM holiday flat Cinderella Suite”. Commercial recordings cost 100,-€ extra per night. This must be announced.

Wax games allowed?

No, absolutely forbidden. The risk of damaging our high-quality equipment is too great. In case of violation, we charge a flat rate of 50€ final cleaning fee.

Are KV and NS games allowed?

Yes, but only in the sanitary area. However, you are responsible for the complete cleaning and the cleaning material.

Persons under 18

No, this is not possible for reasons of youth protection law.

Damage to property

Our SM-FEWO is equipped with high-quality BDSM furniture and accessories. We ask for your care and attention. Should any damage have occurred, please inform us immediately, at the latest on the day of your departure. We ask for honesty, we will find a solution.

You are solely liable for damage caused by gross negligence. The FEWO is carefully checked after each use and any defects are due to the respective rental contract.

Who is liable?

The use of the FEWO and the inventory contained therein is exclusively at your own risk. The operator is not liable for any damage to health that may result from the use of these products.

Final provision

We reserve the right to apply house rules in the event of violations of these house rules or other unusual violations.
This means immediate termination of the tenancy agreement and immediate departure.
